Support sales for Friendship Village of Schaumburg, a continuing care retirement community, with impactful materials and promotions.

Strategy

Stimulate closings with limited-time incentives, e.g. lower pricing and special offers.
Feature urgency messages in mailings to the existing lead base as well as build them into radio, print and online advertising for additional exposure and lead generation.
Create collateral and presentations that emphasize the variety of living options in a simple, clear way.

Results

  • Residency Counselors reported sales as a direct result of urgency mailers. A “Summertime Specials” offer, for example, generated four sales specifically attributed to the mailing.
  • Excellent feedback from the Residency Counselors on the new sales tools.
